In this 2 day online experience you will working on inner alchemy, building your internal energy which will be the power house of energy for you to tap into, sculpt and use in and around you. Learn how to use this energy on your self, as well as how to use these techniques on your families.

This series of workshop experiences flow with the online Kundalini yoga studio where we continue to strengthen the skills we have cultivated in each phase and continue to grow throughout the time in between the in person events. This will help each phase build upon each other in powerful ways.

MEET CLARA
Hello, I am Clara Penner. My love for sharing Flower essence & Kundalini yoga is well known by everyone who comes around me. I discovered flower essences & kundalini yoga around the same time in an unconventional manner. In 2020 I was having a healing session with a healer who was also a medium and my Mother who is passed away came through to her and suggested I try flower essence to help me through a very challenging health crisis I was experiencing. At that time I was new to flower essences so I began my research and I have never stoped. Using the Flower essences in my kundalini practice was so powerful I wanted to share this experience with others so they could know this feeling as well. I love to learn more about flower essences & yoga every chance I get, as well as share about them every chance I get. The virtual flower cafe was my way of sharing the absolute amazing offering of flower essence to anyone who was interested in learning & my kundalini experiences compliment each other perfectly!
