Flower essences are like a gentle gardener for your emotions.  They work in your energy field to pick the weeds & prune the good stuff.
Each month I create a flower essence blend in either a tincture or spray (Your Choice) to use to assist your energy field through the energies of each month as well as a meditation and introduction to each blend.
